Opis U ovome radu riječ je o odnosu crkve i države u Saveznoj Republici Njemačkoj, pri čemu je naglasak stavljen na nastavu konfesionalnog vjeronauka i etike u javnim školama. Uz brojne druge čimbenike model vjerskog obrazovanja koji se koristi u pojedinoj državi mnogo govori o institucionalnom, te pravno uređenom modelu odnosa crkve i države koji opstoji u državi koja se promatra. Tako je i u primjeru Njemačke. Kooperacijski model odnosa crkve i države koji danas postoji u Saveznoj Republici Njemačkoj očitava se i u tipu vjerskog obrazovanja koje se provodi u javnim školama. Sam taj kooperacijski model, na osebujan je način i proizvod kreiranja tipa vjerskog obrazovanja koje je danas na snazi.
Model odnosa između crkve i države baziran na kooperaciji, kakvog poznaje današnja Njemačka, nameće se kao model uspješne organizacije odnosa crkve i države, te služi kao dobar primjer ostatku Europe, ali i svijeta koji pokušava postići i održati mir, pritisnutog sve većom pluralnošću društva i sve izraženijim potrebama za društvenom solidarnošću koje proizlaze iz tog pluraliteta.
This thesis deals with relation of church and state in Germany. The emphasis is placed on the
teaching of confessional religious education and ethics in public schools. Within numerous
other factors model of religious education that is used in each country says a lot about the
institutional, legal and regulated model of relations between church and state that exists in the
country which is being observed. Thus, the same can be indentified in Germany too. Relations
between church and state in Germany are based on cooperation model of those entities. That
cooperation model that exists today in the Federal Republic of Germany is closely related to
the type of religious education which is carried out in public schools. Cooperative model is in
its own peculiar way in the same time product created from type of religious education placed
in public schools that is in force, and creator of institutional and legal framework of
relationship between church and state in its general nature.
The model of the relationship between church and state that is based on cooperation, as we
know it in contemporary Germany, imposes itself as a model for the organization of relations
between church and state not only in Europe, but worldwide. That model serves as a good
example for the world that is trying to achieve and maintain peace, loaded with effects and
relations produced in state of increasing plurality of society and increasing need for social
solidarity arising from this plurality.
